Alien Registration Card Issuance Guide Date : February 3rd, 2025 1. Target : AIGS students (D2 Visa type)2. Deadline for submitting documents : (1) Current student : Feb. 17th (Mon.) ~ Feb. 19th(Wed.) 10:00~12:00 (2) New student : Mar. 10th(Mon.), ~ Mar. 13rd(Thur.) 10:30~12:00, 15:00~16:00 (If you can't submit it within the deadline, you have to apply for a foreign registration card yourself.) 3. Submission document: (1) Please check the attached file in detail and submit the document. All documents must be filled out, and if there are any missing documents, we will reject them. Please be aware. (2) The issuance of the alien registration card usually takes about four weeks. Please note this. You can get it faster if you apply for the alien registration card yourself. A New Student Applying For Alien Registration Card : 1) Fingerprint date: I will guide you when the fingerprinting date is set at the immigration. 2) Date of issuance of alien registration card - You can receive your alien registration card approximately one month after registering your fingerprint. 3) When to join health insurance Upon completion of the alien registration process, you will receive a notice of enrollment in national health insurance. Please sign up according to the health insurance enrollment notice.
