Notice on the Grade Review and Grade Appeal Period for the First Semester of 2025

We w ould like to inform you of the grade review period and the grade appeal submission period for the 2025 Spring Semester.
  1. Grade Review and Appeal/Correction Period: July 8 (Tue) – July 14 (Mon), 2025
▶ Grades can be viewed on the {Current Semester Grades} page in the Integrated Information System.

▶  Grades will be available only after completing the course evaluations.
  1.  Grade Appeal Form (attached) must be submitted directly to the professor of the respective course.
① Eligible Applicants

(1) Students who received a grade of C0 or below

(2) Students who did not receive a grade due to failure to submit a report

② Procedure

(1) Fill out the Grade Appeal Form and submit it to the professor

(2) The professor fills out the Grade Correction Request and submits it to the Academic Affairs Office

③ Others

(1) Grades cannot be changed if the student exceeded 1/4 of the total absences

(2) A reason must be clearly stated when requesting a grade correction
  1. Finalization of Grades: July 17 (Thu), 2025 (scheduled)
※ Please note that the finalization date may be moved up slightly.
