Here is an official notice from the Ministry of Education to all international students.

Recent media reports have revealed that some international students have been involved in criminal activities in Korea.

Accordingly, all universities must take preventive measures to prevent international students who are unfamiliar with Korean laws and customs from unknowingly becoming involved in such incidents.
