Visa Extension and Alien Registration Information (Including returning students) 

1. Student : Sep. 30 Visa Expires, New Student, Returning Student

2. Due Date for Submission of Doc. : Aug.21st ~ Aug. 27th
3. Exc : (1) Please read the attached documents carefully and visit the office. In particular, please prepare and submit a passport-sized photo of your alien registration card. (Refer to the passport photo sample file)

(2) The fingerprint registration date for new students is scheduled to be 10:00 AM on Monday, September 2nd at Suwon Immigration Office. New students with D2 visas are scheduled to depart at 8:30 AM on Monday, September 2nd. Please wait in front of the main office with your passport.

(3) After submitting the visa extension and alien registration documents, you can receive your alien registration card approximately 4 weeks later.

(4) Group applications outside the deadline will not be accepted. Students who wish to apply individually should apply for e-civil service through Hi Korea. Students are responsible for not meeting the visa registration deadline.
