1. QUALIFICATIONS
• Is teachable, creative, and self-motivated
• Is mission-minded and passionate about working with children
• Is skilled in communication
• Is fluent in English (Korean would be preferred)
2. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Education: M. Div or equivalent degree from an accredited seminary (or BA or MA in Christian Education)
• Experience: More than 2 years of Children’s ministry (AWANA, VBS, Sunday School, etc)
