• Working as a delivery rider (e.g., Baedal Minjok, Yogiyo, Coupang Eats, etc.)
• Working as a courier or parcel delivery worker
• Engaging in delivery-related work through agencies or platforms

• Using another person’s name (e.g., a Korean national’s identity) to work as a delivery rider is a serious criminal offense
• This constitutes both illegal employment and identity theft

We are announcing changes to the shuttle bus operating hours for the 2026-1 semester.

• Due to changes in the subway schedule at Asin Station, the shuttle operating hours have been partially adjusted.
• The operating hours for the Jamsil/Gangbyeon/Gwangnaru school buses remain the same

1. Please accurately record and manage your working hours.
2. Library working hours cannot be changed after application. Please apply carefully.
3. Students must follow the instructions of the department in which they are assigned to work. The AIGS Office does not have authority over departmental work arrangements.
4. A supervisor’s signature is required. Forms without the signature of the person in charge of the department will be rejected.
   • For Worship Team and Student Body positions, the signature of the Student Body President is required.
5. Students who do not submit the required documents by June 19th, 2026 will have their scholarships refunded.

   *If you fail to submit your documents within the deadline, you must apply for the Alien Registration Card (ARC) by yourself.

* Please carefully review the attached file before preparing your documents.

* All documents must be fully completed.

* Applications with missing documents will not be accepted.

* The issuance of the Alien Registration Card usually takes about 4 weeks

5. ARC Application Process (For New Students)

① Fingerprint Registration : The fingerprint registration date will be announced by the office once it is scheduled by the immigration office.

② ARC Issuance : You can receive your Alien Registration Card approximately one month after fingerprint registration

6 : National Health Insurance

After completing the alien registration process, you will receive a notice for National Health Insurance enrollment. Please follow the instructions in the notice to complete your enrollment.

Health insurance enrollment is mandatory for international students.
