Current students & New Students must prepare the required documents for their visa extension and submit them within the deadline announced by the university.
Please note that applications will not be accepted outside the designated submission period.
Among the students applying for a visa extension through the university, those residing in the dormitory do not need to prepare the additional document issued by the AIGS Office. However, all the documents listed above must be submitted in the specified order.
