16-hours work guide for the Fall semester of 2024.
1. Title : 16-hours working
2. 16-hours work application deadline : Aug. 26th ~ Dec. 13rd, 2024
3. 16-hours work confirmation deadline : Until Dec 13rd
4. When a student finishes 16-hours working, please submit the confirmation.
5. Applications for libraries and English boxes can only be made on Google. See link
6. Addition :
① Please keep your working hours.
② The working time at the library cannot be changed. So please apply carefully.
③ A student must follow the directions of the department in which he/she works. The AIGS office does not have the right of the working.
④ If a student does not take supervisor's signature, it will be rejected. Therefore, a student must get a signature from the person in charge of where he/she works and submit it.
-> In case of worship team and student body, a student should take a signature of the president of the student body
⑤ Students who do not submit by Dec. 13rd will have their scholarships refunded.
⑥ Please check the attached file.

7. Exclusion target : If the author of the thesis whose academic status has been converted to completion resides outside the university, the 16-hour workday is exempted.
