16-Hour Work Guide for Spring Semester 2026

Title: 16-Hour Working Requirement

Application Submission Period: Mar.3rd – June 19th, 2026
Work Confirmation Deadline: June 19th, 2026

Students must complete 16 working hours and submit the work confirmation form by June 19th, 2026. Please submit the confirmation immediately after completing your 16 hours.

Applications for Library and English Box positions must be submitted through Google (see links below):
Important Guidelines
  1. Please accurately record and manage your working hours.
  2. Library working hours cannot be changed after application. Please apply carefully.
  3. Students must follow the instructions of the department in which they are assigned to work. The AIGS Office does not have authority over departmental work arrangements.
  4. A supervisor’s signature is required. Forms without the signature of the person in charge of the department will be rejected.
    • For Worship Team and Student Body positions, the signature of the Student Body President is required.
  5. Students who do not submit the required documents by June 19th, 2026 will have their scholarships refunded.
  6. Please review the attached files carefully.

Exemption

Students whose academic status has been changed to “Completion” and who reside off-campus are exempt from the 16-hour work requirement.
