Congratulations on your graduation!!
On August 12 2024, the AIGS committee confirmed you as a graduate this August. So I will guide you on graduation photo-taking ceremony and other matters as follows;
1. The Graduation Photo-Taking Ceremony
1) Date & Time: August 19, 2024 (Monday), 11:00 a.m.
2) Venue: ACTS Chapel
3) Schedule
- 10:00 ~ 10:30 a.m. Graduation Gown Rent / AIGS Office
* Returning Time : by 12:00 p.m./ AIGS Office
- 11:00 a.m. ~ 12:00 a.m. Degree Conferment & Photo
4) If you do not attend this ceremony, please inform the AIGS office by Wednesday (14 (Wednesday))
* There is no graduation ceremony in the fall semester, and it is replaced by a photo-taking ceremony
2. Issuing of Graduation Certificate
Graduation certificates can be issued after graduation day.
3. Leaving Korea or changing visa type after the graduation
A graduate student (D2 [studnent] visa holder) should leave Korea or change his/her visa type within 30 days after the graduation day. Otherwise, he/she will be classified as an illegal immigrant and severely disadvantaged. Please visit or contact the office, submit the request for leaving Korea with the air ticket before the graduation day.
